Join us for the Annual Breakaway Foundation Golf Tournament! This year we are hosting our tournament on August 17 with a 2pm tee-off at Glendenning Golf Course.
Each team consists of four golfers, and includes golfing fees, carts, and a post-tournament meal. Registration is $1,000/team and teams can be registered by contacting: breakawayfoundation@gmail.com
